Join the Friends of Canfield Avenue Elementary School in West Los Angeles (Beverlywood) at their annual Beautification Day event on Sunday November 3, 2013. The Friends of Canfield is a non-profit organization that consists of parents and residents of the local community of Beverlywood in West Los Angeles to support, enhance and enrich the educational environment of Canfield Avenue Elementary School.
The annual Beautification Day is a day for parents, teachers, students and members of the community to “roll up their sleeves” to “spruce up” the school. This will take place from 10am-2pm at 9233 Airdrome Street in Los Angeles. On hand to serve up some local, comfort food to the volunteers and community will be The Lobos Truck. This is a public event.
Proceeds from the food truck sales will go back to the Friends of Canfield non-profit organization, so be sure to stop by and eat for a good cause!
