Short Avenue Elementary Spring Food Truck Fiesta in Marina Del Rey returns after a month hiatus on Wednesday April 15, 2015. The Food Truck Fiesta features some of Los Angeles’ finest food trucks each month to help raise funds for the various activities of the Friends of Short Avenue non-profit group.
This month we’ll be celebrating the new spring season and ironically falling on tax day we hope you can enjoy your tax refund by supporting this great fundraiser and use it as a way to make it family night out! Joining us this month will be some favorites Border Grill and Son of a Bun who will be serving burgers, fries, tacos, burritos and quesadillas along with some tasty cupcakes for dessert from Royal Red Velvet Cupcakes.
Find the trucks out by the front lawn, be sure to bring your blankets, jackets and lawn chairs to dine al fresco with your best classmates, neighbors and community. All are welcome to attend, eat and have a blast, you’ll feel good about it, too your dollars go to a great cause! This event is free for all to attend!
