Clover Avenue Elementary in West Los Angeles will be hosting another fun community gathering featuring some of Los Angeles best food trucks on Thursday October 22, 2015. Take advantage of the warm weather and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with family and friends in a picnic style setting. This month will also kick off the return of the indoor themed movie hosted by Clover’s parent Booster, come for dinner and stay for the movie!
Got Food Trucks is pleased to bring you the following food trucks for this event, including monthly resident The Greasy Wiener with guests serving some of the best street food including : American, New American and Desserts : The Hurricane Kitchen and Sweet E’s Bakeshop. There will be something for everyone from hot dogs, sausages, sliders, bbq salmon, pulled pork, duck confit, specialty french fries, and don’t forget kosher dessert– cupcakes, stuffed cookies, brownies and fresh squeezed lemonade! There will also be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions.
A portion of sales from the food trucks go towards the incoming 5th grade class to attend AstroCamp (a science camp). Find the trucks out by the front lawn, be sure to bring your blankets and lawn chairs to dine al fresco with your best classmates, neighbors and community. All are welcome to attend, eat and have a blast, you’ll feel good about it, too your dollars go towards a great cause!
