You’re invited to join us and our awesome food truck friends at Canfield Elementary Back to School night in the Beverlywood neighborhood of West Los Angeles on Tuesday September 1, 2015. Kick off the start of a new school year with a food truck night and catch up with friends, faculty and parents.
Participating food trucks on September 1, 2015 include: The Greasy Wiener, Say Fish Tacos and dessert from Sweet E’s Bakeshop. There will be something for everyone from hot dogs, specialty fries, sliders, fish tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fresh squeezed lemonade, along with vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten free and Kosher desserts ranging from cookies, brownies, cupcakes and more!
A portion of sales from the food trucks will be donated to the Friends of Canfield. The Friends of Canfield is a non-profit organization that consists of parents and residents of the local community of Beverlywood in West Los Angeles to support, enhance and enrich the educational environment of Canfield Avenue Elementary School.
Find the trucks out in the front of Airdrome Street. Be sure to bring lawn chairs to dine al fresco with your best classmates, neighbors and community or even take it to go on your way home from work!
All are welcome to attend, eat and have a blast, you’ll feel good about it, too –your dollars go to a great cause!
